But how about your inner infant? Se7e Life Design’s Berço, named after the Portuguese word for crib, was intended to literally be one until creative agency Grupo MHSweighed in with the idea of supersizing the design as a chaise longue to cradle adults. There’s even a birth certificate issued for each numbered and dated handmade model. For the indoor version, choose from 18 wood species for the core, then specify wood veneer or lacquer. (The outdoor one is fiberglass.) Cushions, filled with down or foam, are covered in a variety of custom-stitched fabrics or leather. Bluetooth-enabled speakers allow for rocking adult-style.
